Assistant Officer/Officer, Property Management and Leasing

Description

  • Support in executing various business development & leasing strategies as well as operational policies & procedures in assigned portfolios.
  • ⁠Liaise with service providers, agencies, properties & facilities management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service implementation
  • Arrange necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure our office, branches and other properties are in good condition
  • Participate in the handover process and follow up on defect rectification and inquiries from agencies or buyers
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and service outcomes
  • Coordinate and provide necessary support in renovation / relocation projects
  • Monitor maintenance works done by technicians and contractors
  • Prepare all kinds of leasing documents for supporting the leasing procedure
  • Apply, renew and terminate service agreements for equipment and service
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as per assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing, property developer or agency service
  • Possess of EAA license is a must
  • Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
  • Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
