Description

Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and system workflows.
Prioritize tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner.
Lead end-to-end development of new features, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Manage and lead the development team, providing guidance and support.
Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Conduct system testing and validation procedures with the QA team.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
Prepare and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Information Technology (I.T.), o related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
At least 4 years of working experience in software development
Proficiency in the following programming languages: Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud computing is an advantage
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Azure DevOps
Experience in the lending business domain is a plus
