Submission of request for a property valuation represents that the applicant agrees to be bound by below terms and conditions.

Property Valuation service provided by our company is for reference only.
When the applicant submits mortgage loan application to our company after obtaining the Property Valuation, our company reserves the right to require further valuation of the property concerned and apply such other terms and conditions.
Our Company shall not be liable to the applicant for any damage incurred or loss suffered by him/her/them in connection with the purchase or proposed purchase of the property in respect of which an Property Valuation is made, whether as a result of the applicant having relied on the Property Valuation in deciding whether to proceed with the purchase of the property or otherwise, and the applicant hereby acknowledge that if he / she / they do(es) so rely on the Property Valuation, he / she / they do(es) so entirely at his / her / their own risk.
You shall not interfere with the Property Valuation service through any device, software or computer programme.
In case of any discrepancies between Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
