Joining Konew as a management trainee, I was
given the opportunity to rotate between
different core functions within the company and
take up both client services and business
support roles. The program provided me with
comprehensive knowledge of the credit financing
business and the necessary technical and project
management skills to later deliver new
initiatives and business strategies.
