Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment, redemption and their enquiries in a professional and integrity way

 Requirements:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers and other reception duties in a professional manner
  • Manage reception table, customer services centre and waiting area in appropriate condition
  • Assist the administration supervisor in all kinds of administration works
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

 Requirements:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:           

  • Responsible for development of latest FinTech systems and enhancement of existing IT systems
  • To participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies / Computer Science / Information Technology (I.T.) or related disciplines

  • Fast learner and willing to pick up new technology and skill
  • Have knowledge in cloud development is an advantage
  • Able to work in fast paced environment
  • Energetic, self-motivated, teamwork, dynamic and out of the box thinking
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position

Strategy Consultant (Branch)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote all type of loan services to new and existing customers
  • Promote loan refinance service to existing customers
  • Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up loan applications
  • Cooperate with Service Ambassador to maintain daily branch operation
  • Collect market information for product positioning
  • Perform outside work when necessary
  • Support and act towards the Konew Group’s vision
  • Branch locations: Tai Po / Sham Shui Po / Kowloon Bay / Kwun Tong / Shau Kei Wan
  • Duty hours: Monday to Friday ( 0900 - 1900 )

Requirements:

  • Secondary education (HKCEE/HKDSE), or above
  • 2 years’ working experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proactive and commit to the job
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills
  • Complete on-the-job training
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
