Provide compliance advisory services to the business support and frontline units
Review and update internal compliance policies and guidelines
Prepare compliance training materials and liaise with training team on the delivery of training
Conduct research of new/updated local laws and regulations in accordance with the Money Lendor Ordinance
Assess potential compliance risk and impact towards active operations and procedures
Provide advices to business units and support day-to-day AML matters
Prepare management reporting materials regularly
Perform any ad hoc tasks as per required by superiors

Requirements

Degree holder or above preferably in Risk Management, Law, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 1 year of experience in Compliance or Audit works with exposure in Financial, Banking, Credit Card Background
Sound business knowledge and compliance sense in consumer financing and digital payment
Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure
Possess strong logical and analytical skills in problem solving
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Familiar with Python, or proficient in programming language is an advantage
Immediately available is highly preferred
