Description

  • Provide all rounded assistance in marketing operations, event management and marketing projects
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure execution excellence of marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders and contractors on events, branding and marketing issues independently
  • Support various digital marketing initiatives and end-to end logistics including SMS/eDM/DM, POSM, social media content management, online marketing campaign, etc.
  • Work closely with the internal design team for on-/off-line marketing materials design and support external vendors sourcing and production
  • Assist in the website and mobile app maintenance and update, work with FinTech team and Business Units for UI/UX development operations
  • Support and participant in marketing campaigns and corporate events (in-/out-door) covering non-office hours/ weekends, if necessary
  • Conduct market research, product analysis and prepare marketing reports for review
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks as per required by superiors

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, etc.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment and be an active good team player
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
