Description

  • Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Research, plan and execute promotion campaign and events with the alignment of business and branding objectives
  • Actively explore external collaboration/partnership opportunities to identify new marketing ideas, draw awareness and revenue
  • Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness with a full-funnel strategy and data-driven marketing practices
  • Assist to develop marketing strategies on various social media platforms and online channels coinciding with new product releases, campaigns, or other brand messages
  • Drive the digital growth and performance marketing plan, such as SEO, SEM, social media, YouTube, roadshows, events, partnership etc.
  • Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Liaise with external agency and partner to drive digital marketing excellence
  • Monitor the budget and digital platform performance, trend and provide insight
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 6 years of experience in the fields of digital and social media marketing
  • Ability to think innovatively with a digital-savvy mindset
  • Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Capability to lead agencies to develop and execute effective adverting and media plan
  • Proactive in following up projects
  • Analytical and with good numeric sense
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English
  • Ability to work in dependently under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
